1. Overview of the service

BizBee is a Chrome extension that generates replies in your own voice from a keyboard shortcut inside any text box on the web, backed by a server and dashboard. Throughout these terms, "the Service" refers to the website (this site), the extension, and the server API together.

2. Accounts

• Sign-up and sign-in are supported only through your Google account. There's no separate registration process.
• Once you're signed in, the free trial is available immediately, with no payment required. To prevent abuse, each account is limited to 20 requests per minute — a ceiling normal usage won't reach.
• Your account and its sessions are for your use only. Signing out invalidates the session on that device along with any other session still active on our server.

3. Prohibited conduct

• Sharing or transferring your account to someone else
• Automating an abnormally high volume of requests to bypass or abuse the Service or its usage caps
• Reverse-engineering the Service, or attempting to bypass its authentication or billing logic
• Scraping other people's posts or personal information into your knowledge base without authorization
• Interfering with the normal operation of the Service (excessive traffic, exploiting security vulnerabilities, etc.)

If we find any of the above, we may restrict the account's access to the Service without prior notice.

4. Plans and billing

Plans fall into three groups — the free trial, which requires no payment; Lite, where bizbee covers the AI usage cost for you; and BYOK, where you pay for AI usage yourself with your own OpenRouter API key. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, and card numbers or other payment details are never stored on the bizbee server (see our Privacy Policy for details).

4-1. Free trial

Available immediately once you're signed in. AI usage is capped, and we don't print a specific cap amount on this page since it can vary by deployment environment. You can check how much you've used so far under "This month's usage" in the extension popup. Once you hit the cap, further requests are declined from that point on.

4-2. Lite — bizbee covers the AI cost

The AI usage included is a flat $2/month worth, regardless of which term you buy. If you use up that allowance before the term ends, further use is blocked for the rest of the term (requests are declined with an error). It doesn't reopen until you renew or the next billing period starts, so check your usage in the extension popup ahead of time. No API key setup is needed.

4-3. BYOK — with your own OpenRouter key

BYOK has no AI usage cap. In exchange for bizbee not capping your usage, every bit of AI cost — reply generation, knowledge-base embedding, and knowledge-base ingestion (entity extraction, etc.) — is billed to the OpenRouter key you've registered. This plan requires an OpenRouter account and API key (openrouter.ai/keys). Reply generation won't work until you've registered a key.

The lifetime plan ($100) is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. There's no auto-renewal and no monthly or yearly billing, and since it has no expiration date, there's no subscription to cancel in the first place.

4-4. How to buy

Plan purchases happen inside the Chrome extension, not on this website. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store, sign in with your Google account, then pick a plan and check out from the extension popup. Your plan activates the moment payment completes, because it's tied to the account you're signed into.

5. Cancelling a subscription

Lite and BYOK (3/6/12-month) are auto-renewing subscriptions. You can cancel through the instructions Lemon Squeezy sends you. The moment Lemon Squeezy confirms the cancellation, the bizbee server immediately withdraws the paid benefits and reverts your account to the free trial. Amounts already paid for time you haven't used yet aren't refunded automatically — if you need a refund, request one separately under section 6 below. The lifetime plan isn't a subscription, so there's no cancellation process for it.

6. Refund policy

Send refund requests to the contact email below. Whether a refund is granted, and how, is determined by the payment platform's (Lemon Squeezy's) processing outcome. An approved refund is reflected on your account as follows:

• Full refund: once the entire payment is refunded, that plan's benefits are withdrawn immediately and your account reverts to the free trial.
• Partial refund: if only part of the payment is refunded, your plan and usage cap stay exactly as they are — a partial refund doesn't shorten your remaining term or reduce your cap.

The lifetime plan ($100) follows the same rule — a full refund withdraws the BYOK benefits, a partial refund leaves them untouched.

7. Changes and discontinuation

• The AI provider and model used for reply generation may change without prior notice, depending on our server circumstances (see section 3 of our Privacy Policy for details).
• Plan structure and pricing may change; this won't affect the terms of any period you've already paid for.
• We may suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service without notice if circumstances require it. We'll try to give advance notice whenever we can.

8. Disclaimer

Replies generated by the Service are drafts for reference only. Reviewing the content before posting it, and taking responsibility for the outcome, is on you. We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any dispute arising from these terms is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
